How do we print hoarding?

Most of time we print directly onto aluminium composite hoarding boards. We will also print onto the cheaper rigid, foam PVC panels if cost is a factor for you.

We print onto hoarding panels up to 3 metres x 1.5 metres using our Jetrix Flatbed press which prints at fine art quality. This gives a superb image resolution and great colour representation.
You also have the option of having your panels laminated with an anti-graffiti laminate. This enables you to use most cleaning fluids if your hoarding is vandalised. The gloss laminate also enhances the look of the boards, as well as protecting the printed hoarding.

What are the options for Site Hoarding?

Premium Aluminium Composite.

Suitable for projects lasting up to 6 years, aluminium composite is better known Dibond or Alu-Panel. It’s relatively light and is both durable and has great printing qualities. It is, by far, the best solution for long term projects. The boards come in two sizes, 1220mm x 2440mm (4ft x 8ft) and 1500mm x 3000mm (5ft x 10ft).

Rigid PVC Foamboard.

Rigid PVC panels comes in the same sizes as the aluminium composite of 4ft x 8ft and 5ft x 10ft. These panels are much cheaper in price but print quality remains high. They are susceptible to warping with changes of temperature. As such, we do not recommend that this panel should be used for projects extending beyond 6 months.

Premium Aluminium Composite – Half Panelling.

To reduce costs further, the 4’ x 8’ panels can be installed in landscape. This can be done to covering the centre part of the existing hoarding. This means you only use half the amount of printed panels to cover the same amount of linear meterage.
